The absolute worst experience at any bank. I've never been so disrespected at any chase location in my life. The absolute disregard for a clients time. I feel absolutely discriminated against. I was the only one held back because I was the only minority. You guys never seen a YN with this much cash or something? Absolutely ridiculous. I genuinely hate the entity that is Chase Bank / JP Morgan Chase but I will say that Michael has always provided incredible assistance. He has gone above and beyond to help me over the years and just help me through any financial questions or confusion regarding my account.
