Slow. i am forced to have to go to harrisonburg virginia for banking as This bank is always stacked with clients but only because lazy workers. If they were not lazy then there wouldbe no 2 hour wait . and how dare you not pick up phone calls of customers
I sure wish I had gotten auto financing somewhere else for my truck. Has been NOTHING but issues since day one. Live and learn.
They hardly ever answer their phones! You have to keep dialing their number. It can take an entire day for someone to anwer I have been a customer for over thirty years and they still don't know me. One woman at the bank knows me. This is a said situation!
Horrible customer service. Have called multiple days and different times and nobody will answer the phone.
