Unhelpful. Rude. Incompetent. Do not recommend ever using this branch of chase or even chase at all at this point.
This has been one of the most frustrating and unacceptable banking experiences I have ever encountered. I wrote a check from my business to a Chase Bank customer. The check cleared my bank and the funds were withdrawn, but Chase closed the payee’s account and has refused to release the money to them or return it to me. AtM is to much problem
Great place. I stopped in to get new debit card and Jolie Kirschner helped me out extensively. She even called weeks later to make sure card arrived..Will go there again.
