This is the worst Chase branch ever! ATMs are never functional! Long lines, it's ridiculous!

Horrible el servicio, por solo 6 min de retraso no me atendieron, cuando hice mi citas 2 semanas atras por temas de trabajo, no es possible, pesimo servicio, empezaron a atender a otra persona, que solo Dan 5 min de tolerancia, hay que tener en cuenta factores externos por lo cual la gente se puede demorar unos minutes, hable con el gerente y no me dio solicion, solo que esperar Mas tiempo, la verdad que Mal servicio, perdi mi dia de trabajo y perdi la Cita, no puede ser, cero estrellas de calificacion.
Chase bank costommer service is bad in general. If you need to open a new acount you will get an apoinment in a week or more . So any other bank will be better then chase. Zero stars!
