Avoid this branch at all costs. I've visited four times this week to open separate business accounts, each time facing waits of over an hour. Today, I told them I only had a little over an hour to set up my account. The branch manager, Amani, greeted me with impatience and a condescending attitude, showing no real concern for my business. She said there was only one representative helping a customer and sarcastically asked if she should "take them out and put me in." The bank personnel are helpful however the homeless population Hangs around the establishment way to much sorry to say it can one feel uncomfortable and unsafe
