Unacceptable Treatment – Chase Closed My Account Without Notice!!! They’ve closed the enclosed location that houses the ATM machines (which you could access after hours with your bank card), and now force you to stand outside the bank on a sidewalk exposed to many people walking by, some of whom are pretty scary, and expect you to make deposits in the most vulnerable ways. An elderly woman’s cash blew down the street as she tried to deposit it, which I ran after to retrieve for her.
