Mr. Ru Oliver, at my neighborhood bank, the Chase Bank at Sheridan Square, Greenwich Village (204 West 4th), is fine! Knows his stuff. I lost my wallet, was worried about my cards and accounts. Ok, I probably needed a little hand-holding, but I got bank help and good advice. All at the branch are pleasant, have seemed so for years. (Have been with Chase since 1957.) Mr. Oliver was a great help. All has ended well.
Perfessional, I hate u have to make a appointment for the simplest things. They are punctual. Not very crowded. Be careful using ATM at 9 pm. A lot of rowdy people appear late from who knows where
