The drive-thru tellers will have you waiting a MINIMUM of 20mins before getting assistance with 1-2 cars in line
Would give them 0 if possible horrible customer service had us waiting for over a hour to get a notary. Never got it we left as all there employees just set around talking to each other instead of doing there job.
Employees at this location were very nice to me. I was actually shocked to see so many bad reviews at this Chase bank location but I don’t visit too often so maybe I came on a good day. The ATM machines here work most of the time but every now and then it do be out of service. Sometimes the lines be full plus some of the drivers be taking their sweet time at the ATM drive through.
