Why are the god damn ATM machines always broken Update: literally the worst chase bank ever. The card swipe machine to get to the inside atm for after hours doesn’t work. Got lines out the wazoo for the only ONE working atm. Get it together
The customer service at this facility is horrible. You're left standing without anyone addressing you in a timely fashion. I've gone to this facility on a couple of occasions to open up new accounts and each time I've been turned away. The female customer service representative that was there today was so nonchalant and bland that I was astonished. This happened to be the same representative that refused to service me before.
