The customer service at this facility is horrible. You're left standing without anyone addressing you in a timely fashion. I've gone to this facility on a couple of occasions to open up new accounts and each time I've been turned away. The female customer service representative that was there today was so nonchalant and bland that I was astonished. This happened to be the same representative that refused to service me before. They lie to you to open an account only to close the account now you have to wait for your money. These ppl know the policy but to make their opening accounts look good they lying to customers Dolores Zambano horrible customer service a liar!! The branch manager Amanda Brown supports this bs. What bank employee doesn’t know the policy? Y’all know they gone close the accounts.
Why are the god damn ATM machines always broken
They deserve low ratings. Came by to make a payment on my card before they closed, they wouldn’t let me make a cash payment because I didn’t have my DL despite having other state and federal issued IDs and a wallet full of other cards with my name on it. They said because no one there “knew me” they couldn’t take my payment. I’ve been a Chase customer for a long time now. Idiot policies like this are wild.
