It was okay
Chase has become awful. Closed Burlington location which was fine but both your other locations have ATM issues constantly. Not available to dispense money or just not working. Chase you need to do better.
Went to the Houston Road branch within the last month and Michael assisted me with my transaction. Hands down one of the nicest people working for the bank. Michael took great care with my transaction, went above and beyond. This is why I choose to stay with this bank. You can tell he cares about the customers. I have thought about switching banks, but people like Michael is what keeps me staying with Chase.
