I am always impressed when I go into Chase Bank. This time it was a few minutes before closing and my friend needed a Notary. She had a broken leg and was in the car. Brianna was happy to assist and even came out to the car! I think a lot of banks would have just said we are closing, sorry.
This location isn’t keeping up with things well recently. One atm won’t accept certain things and I’ve never seen this anywhere before. It’s holding up lines. Why don’t they have a warning on it from a distance?
