I was sent to this chase from my regular one I go to due to them not having a specific person available that day. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I was immediately greeted by the manager and it was not a warm or friendly greeting but I would say closer to aggressive. Then the person who helped me with my business account never smiled and honestly seemed like they’d rather not be there. I've been a Chase customer for several years and while a lot of banks offer a similar set of features, what really makes a Bank stand out is their service. Here is where Chase excels.
