Well my experience was top notch, starting from the warm greetings at the reception by Alma, to meeting with Michael the bank manger(who came personally to ask if I had been attended to and made sure I was ok before going to meet other customers ), to the Paul shuo Li, who attended to me and responded patiently to all my concerns or questions about the bank, it was a very pleasant experience. And I’m happy I chose Chase Bank.
