Well my experience was top notch, starting from the warm greetings at the reception by Alma, to meeting with Michael the bank manger(who came personally to ask if I had been attended to and made sure I was ok before going to meet other customers ), to the Paul shuo Li, who attended to me and responded patiently to all my concerns or questions about the bank, it was a very pleasant experience. And I’m happy I chose Chase Bank.
Easy and convenient
I want to give a special shout out to Jordan Farmer! This young lady has such a sweet and kind spirit! Jordan was extremely helpful and patient. Thank you, Jordan!
I opened up my first college account and credit card and Serena was so helpful and kind! She walked me through the whole process and genuinely cared.
I was sent to this chase from my regular one I go to due to them not having a specific person available that day. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience. I was immediately greeted by the manager and it was not a warm or friendly greeting but I would say closer to aggressive. Then the person who helped me with my business account never smiled and honestly seemed like they’d rather not be there.
