One of the best chase branch. They were helpful enough to provide me same day appointment, plus they gave me coffee which was perfect.
They couldn’t process a check for my other business, bad customer service
Not a good experience this time!! Amy is supernice bank representative and I would give her 5 stars anytime I work with her!! Then we had to deal with branch manager for a simple query we had and she, branch manager made it worse. She came over to open cubicle with Amy. We myself and my wife began to feel her communication unfriendly and unappreciative for the business we gave to the bank since 14+ years. Worst service . I had been to the bank to get documents notarized. I realized they were trying to find problems than working with the customer.
Amy and Shantanu have exceptional customer service skills. Both has helped me multiple of times with my banking needs. Professional and friendly. Highly recommended really.
