This is a very friendly and accomodating bank.
I had such a positive experience at this Chase branch. I stopped by without an appointment for a notary service for my son’s passport renewal. Even though their notary staff were busy, they took the time to help and guided me to a nearby UPS where I was able to complete everything without any issues. I really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help, instead of just turning me away. It made a stressful task much easier. Thank you for the excellent service!
