We have been trying to get hold of Jennifer at the San Dimas branch regarding a trust account we have been trying to open up. She asked to provide the trust info etc, which we provided and after 10 days still nothing. Absolutely zero communication!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Super poor customer service. When we call customer service they cant even call the branch for us. We call the branch and nobody answers!! What a joke!!
Either the atm isn’t working, or the after hours door to get to the atm doesn’t work. Always a line
