Worst Chase branch ever. Always have problems with customer service and the ATM. Glendora is way better.
This Chase branch went from good to trash. I opened accounts years ago when Kim was the manager. After she left this branch went down hill. It seems like no one knows what they are doing at this location. I rather just drive up a mile to Glendora where the staff is competent.
I tried to call my branch repeatedly. No one ever anawers.
