I've called this branch twice for information and assistance. My branch visit was very pleasant. I was greeted warmly and business was conducted in a very efficient and professional manner.
Well my wife had a bad experience with the manager she yelled at her instead of helping her with her situation when she tried to the window to talk to the cashier she immediately place the Closed sign as soon as she saw my wife that’s the reason I stopped banking with Chase a whole bunch of unprofessional clowns
We have been trying to get hold of Jennifer at the San Dimas branch regarding a trust account we have been trying to open up. She asked to provide the trust info etc, which we provided and after 10 days still nothing. Absolutely zero communication!! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Super poor customer service. When we call customer service they cant even call the branch for us. We call the branch and nobody answers!! What a joke!!
