The most useless Chase branch I have ever visited, unfortunately also the one closest to me, so I have to deal with it being always closed. Completely impossible to access any ATMs or the Amazon locker after hours as the card scanner never works. Forget about the drive through ATM working. Go somewhere else.

I have to say never have I had such a caring, loving, genuine teller ever, never like David❤️ He knows me by name, knows my mom and always asks about her. My mom has banked with Chase at this branch forever. Unfortunately had to put my mom in a memory care facility but David never ceases to amaze me with helping me with any of my banking needs. He tells me stories of his encounters with mom, which is everything to me. I want to recognize others too at this branch, they knew my mom for years and took great care of her even wh... read more
