Chase is a multi billion dollar corp that gives nothing back to its customers or even keep their locations nice and updated. The parking lot is so old you cant see any parking lines or directions. The ATM is also old and slow. Update!
I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this branch. The Branch Manager, Evan, reflects poorly on the standards expected of Chase Private Client service. His demeanor was disengaged and unwelcoming, as if assisting clients was an inconvenience rather than a responsibility. I visited the branch intending to open an account, only to be curtly dismissed and told to use the online application. Some of these reviews are so nasty that I felt I had to say something! I have been going to this bank for 31 years, and it is always staffed by kind and excellent employees! If wait times are long, it means you arrived at a particularly busy time and staffing is overwhelmed. Please be PATIENT with this small bank branch in a small town of only about 5000 people.
This branch tends to be efficient and most personnel is professional. I'm sure at times, other things may happen, but overall good. Keep sending your feedback so they can address issues.
