The Camp Verde Chase is truly amazing! You can read of isolated negative reviews that seem to have flavors of dissatisfaction due to impatience or dilemmas outside the control of the employees. I had an issue with an ATM machine that malfunctioned and showed that I withdrew money when I had not. I went straight to this location and Amber took care of the problem right away. I am so happy with her and this location.
Today, on May 31st, I went to chase bank when they opened at 9a to speak w a private banker, Christian, regarding a matter he’s been working on for over a month now, with no resolve. I arrived at the bank at 9a and the teller told me I’d have to wait five hours until two to be able to see him.
