Jakob and Zach were very helpful and took care of all of my needs despite some difficult circumstances- great service, and timely overall.
Every single time I’ve been here, everyone has had great attitudes and they always give great customer service. This is my favorite branch to go to in the area.
So I really don't leave reviews unless I have a strong opinion. My girlfriend and I went into this bank to set up an account. Jeremy Henderson was our banker and he truly was amazing to go through the process with. Let's be real we all get wrapped up in our worlds and not everyone says "yaaay let's go to the bank" however it truly helps when the people there are in a positive and uplifting mood. Tried to cash some savings bonds here, but was denied because I only have a credit card with Chase, not a checking or savings account. Apparently, Chase doesn't value their credit card holders.
