Today I heard the stupidest thing I ever heard. My husband went to a Chase branch to deposit" CASH" into my son's account. They would not accept cash because it was not his account, but they would accept a check. What is wrong with this bank, IT WAS CASH MONEY!!!!!! All they kept saying it is bank policy for 3 years. The people who made this policy need to explain why??? Cash is a sure thing, but a check is not. HORRIBLE BANK POLICY!!!!
My wife’s tax check went into her act. Her MONEY and y’all tell her she can’t up the amount on her debt card to pay off a bill. Who do y’all think y’all are to tell somebody they can’t have their own dang MONEY. Y’all people are crazy as He$$. She will be closing her acct. Go tell somebody else what to do with their own money. Stupid mess.

my bank account was hacked for the 3rd time and they closed my account and now they will not give me my paycheck that was deposited
Fifth Third Banks have re-opened their lobbies to walk in traffic. They care about their customers. Chase is all about making things easier for themselves and not their customers. I called and was told you had no idea when lobbies would fully re-open. If 5th 3rd can re-open, so can Chase.
Lately every time I try to use my card to make online purchases its denied. I was getting a text to approve the purchases (fraud alert or whatever), but I am no longer getting them. Can't approve purchases, can't reach them on the phone...I'm trying to run a s.all business here and I cant so that if I can't purchase supplies. I am about DONE.
