On May 30, a payment of $357.36 intended for me was deposited into the wrong account. I went with my boss, who owns my workplace, and the owner of the correct account to Chase. The bank staff confirmed that the money was in the wrong account and said they would start the process to correct it. As of today, August 21, we have not received any resolution or response. We originally went to a different branch to open a joint account, but they didn’t have any bankers available. They called over to this branch and the manager, Courtney, said if we came over she’d be happy to help us. Courtney was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained all of our options for checking accounts, as well as all the resources available through Chase. She was helpful, but not pushy (e.g., about credit cards, investing, etc.). Judy told me I could make a deposit in cash last month which I did , tried again with another teller she tells me I can’t…? DO NOT come here because the tellers will legit waste your time & the other teller “forgot her name “ pushed my ID to me across the counter very rude if a person hands you something you hand it back ! worst branch ever
