Always a great experience at this branch.
I’ve been trying to call into this branch for over 30 minutes with no luck. When you get put on hold, they offer to call you back only for you to be called back by a call center in the Philippines.
Had the WORST expierence with the employee CHASE. I don’t recommend anyone utilize this bank. They refused to do something on my account at 4:50PM. They talk negatively to their customers. I’ve carried a balance of a couple hundred thousand with them and never had bad service, but this was crazy.
