I came in to cash an old savings bond today, and had the pleasure of working with Chase (the manager, not to be confused with the name of the bank 😂). He was very efficient and personable. Such a simple task turned into a fun conversation that had both my husband and I laughing.

My husband and I visited this branch today to open a new joint checking account. We hadn’t made an appointment and they didn’t have any bankers available at that time. However, the gentleman we spoke with took a look at their schedules and could have gotten us in this afternoon. When we let him know the timing didn’t work with our schedules, he offered to call other branches and see if they had availability. Such an inconvenient establishment to have in this area. For the fact that their ATM and associates weren't able to help half of the time I've gone.
