The tellers are patient. I do home health and they are kind with questions and requests. Good place with good people.
Chase made it extremely easy and straightforward to get an account opened. Every detail of the new account was explained thoroughly. The lobby area is very clean and presentable. Our private client banker, Candice, was very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend this particular branch to anyone.
The chasier are not nice, they laugh about the customers and look like they don't want to assist other customers they are there to do their job if not they need look for something else. Customers always right. This is not the first time that I see that, they laugh from the hispanic people.
Last week I arrived at 11:30 and they told me that they could not open new accounts but that they arrived before 11:00 on the following Saturday and they told me that I have to make an appointment. There are few staff for clients and the other banks chase they are very bad customer service even if one arrives on time and they can not attend if it takes longer than the closing time
