This is my local Chase branch bank. I have never had a single negative experience here. Cheerful, helpful, attentive Bank employees here. I've been banking with Chase for over 25 years.
Went to this branch to order foreign currency. They ended up charging 20% for one currency and 10% for another. I understand that they don’t determine the rate that the company that they order the money from charges but I’m pretty disappointed that no one told me the rate. I should have asked but I guess I didn’t expect to get so ripped off. I was told there’s no way to cancel the order so I’m out the 10-20%. 10% I can stomach but 20% is insane. So disappointed.
