This Branch the worst service ever they have . Create for customers a lot of barriers and obstacles. The staff not cooperative .
Jason Pollack was very helpful in trying to resolve a fraudulent claim. He went above and beyond. I always use the University/San Jose branch because all of the staff is so friendly and helpful. I opened my account in San Marco, but live closer to Univ. All Chase staff are superior
So helpful, I work next door and I can't tell you how happy I am to be with Chase! Friendly staff and all-round banking.
They can't tell me why couldn't process my credit card payment after to different trip to they location.
