I had an issue with some fraud and Amani was amazing. She Was super sweet, very helpful and I loved that it didn’t take super long to get everything sorted out if you come to this bank, I would definitely recommend Going to Amani she was absolutely the sweetest.
Came into the branch 3 employees doing nothing, one playing with a flashlight. No customers in the branch at the time. They did ask what I needed. I stated I needed to deposit a check and they pointed to the ATM. I made a mistake and grabbed my personal ATM card not my business card and during that time a customer came into the bank and they helped him. After I realized I made a mistake I stood in line. Came in at 4:15 and was told they cannot open an account for me since they close at 5…. lol
