Honestly I am a customer that trusts alot of my money with this bank so for me to come inside to deposit money and be told that There is no restroom for me to use is quite annoying and the lady tells me to go use Starbucks bathroom nextdoor. I am not a paying customer with Starbucks So why should I have to do that? I think its a bit rude to not have a restroom for your paying customers to use while doing business there with you and it makes me not want to even do business there again
Chase bank always have the most unhappy workers I ever saw use bank over 4 years starting my account in North Carolina thinking it was high class the only thing high is the fees this particular location lock up the bathroom so you can’t use it even when you ask they say no.
Veronica was pretty much the only person, along with another banker at a Chase in Bartram, willing to successfully fix my issue. I ran around to 3 different locations and called about 6-7 times to fix this issue. This running around wasted a lot of my valuable time, but she finally got it up and running.
Great experience as a new customer at this bank! I was today there, Veronica helped me for opening my account that i went in for and more. She took time to answer all my questions with professionalism, she was patient in explaining everything i needed, polite and respectful!
