I simply cannot get in contact with a real person. It’s nothing but computers talking to me… Just no customer service whatsoever and it’s horrible

On Nov 8 2024 i went thru the drive thru for a transaction and teller said I'll be back after i wait on a customer. So 20 minutes later then they tell me I need to come inside. Go inside one teller working the window with a line and the drive thru while other employees sitting or standing around. I can see why they are closing some of these offices this should be one.Will be closing my accounts. A copy sent to chase corporate.
