Great experience as a new customer at this bank! I was today there, Veronica helped me for opening my account that i went in for and more. She took time to answer all my questions with professionalism, she was patient in explaining everything i needed, polite and respectful!
Best branch in Jacksonville area. Not the usual branch I go to due to the distance from my house but I stopped by for a insurance question and they took care of it on the spot. Veronica Acevedo not only answered my question but took the time of day to call in different departments to ensure I was set. She was fantastic and any branch with her in it is going to win big. Everyone in the branch was helpful even late in the work day, and that says a lot.
I simply cannot get in contact with a real person. It’s nothing but computers talking to me… Just no customer service whatsoever and it’s horrible
