KHALEEL HENRY needs to get a bonus !! He helped me so much. Eventhough I dont leave reviews often I had to this time. I spent 3 months on phone and emails. They sent me new debit card but kept saying my pin in mail and KNOW that I've banked with Chase since they opened !! I live in Georgia and I was visiting my cousin . Great service
I came into Chase to ask questions about the account not feeling well and Mrs. Karen made sure I was OK due to my diabetes, and after that she went through all the details of the different accounts got me in a great account. I am so excited I was not prepared to have a count today, but she worked with me and went way overboard to make sure I was a happy customer you go Chase
