Singing praises for Miss Trinity at this local JP Morgan Chase branch. For context, I am a new Chase Private Client customer. Today, after having a very frustrating two hour phone experience with Chase and multiple departments and nine separate phone calls regarding simple inter-account tasks, my access to online banking was locked. I had a problem because I lost my card & needed to setup a fraud and order a new one My phone was not cooperating and I was explaining this to an agent on floor , while I was talkinng the Bank Manager csme by and offered to help she invited me into her office and we sat down as she educated me how to operate the Chase Siie !!
