Singing praises for Miss Trinity at this local JP Morgan Chase branch. For context, I am a new Chase Private Client customer. Today, after having a very frustrating two hour phone experience with Chase and multiple departments and nine separate phone calls regarding simple inter-account tasks, my access to online banking was locked. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of customer service. I had a problem because I lost my card & needed to setup a fraud and order a new one My phone was not cooperating and I was explaining this to an agent on floor , while I was talkinng the Bank Manager csme by and offered to help she invited me into her office and we sat down as she educated me how to operate the Chase Siie !! She went far beyond her job responsibility and made me feel like a valued customer! I was a fairly new customer who can now say. CHASE. Is My Bank !!!

The staff were so polite, welcoming, and professional and got me taken care of last minute with no problem … Kevin helped me open a new account and walked me through ALL of it , even navigating through the app on my phone !!
