We recently, just went in to this bank at 1:40 it closed at 2:00. We go in they start arguing With us say we can’t set up an account we don’t have enough time. Jonathan was extremely rude. We had to leave and did not do anything with setting it up.
Had an absolutely flawless experience with Edison this morning setting up my business account and business credit card. He was on the ball from start to finish, extremely knowledgeable about everything he was doing and went the extra mile with investment advice. Could not be happier or had a better experience.

Their private client employee is not well trained or knowledgeable. He claimed to open a business account in Chase, there must be a hard credit check inquiry and he used that opportunity to force a credit card on me, which led the hard inquiry which wouldn’t have happened if it just to open an account. Even after telling him(Jonathan Diaz) it shouldn’t be so.
