⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Chase today. I came in to help my parents with a deposit and withdrawal, and Khin Kyaw assisted us throughout the process. She was very friendly, patient, professional, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and easy for us. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you so much, Khin Kyaw, for taking such great care of us. Highly recommended!
I originally joined this bank for the bonus they offered but am so glad I did The personnel are superior from the manager Kim to the tellers with their smiles. They have 24 hr banking services on line, and are never unavailable on the weekends like my previous banking institution . I am very pleased so far and know you will be also!!
They should have more tellers. There's only one working. Long line
Every time I go into Chase bank, I am greeted, services are always ready. I never have to wait in line. The staff is so nice. I love to go in here just to have that face-to-face service!
