I’ve had accounts at Chase for years & have been a “Private Client” status. Went into the Boerne Chase branch to open Business Account and had to go find someone since no one was interested,.. the teller said “SIT DOWN” & we’ll see if we can find someone! 20 minutes later the same teller said the manager stated for us to come back in couple hours & maybe they’d have time to help! Went to the location at 22203 IH 10 01 in San Antonio. Walked in as an existing PRIVATE BANKING CLIENT tone a business checking account. We were asked to have seat and a Banker would be with us momentarily. We sat and waited ten minutes and we were then approached by a woman who tell us there is no one available for another two hours despite the bank being void of any customers and there are at least five bankers in offices including the Branch Manager Angelic Juarez. I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the customer service I received from Christopher Amaya. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was there about a CD and he not only assisted me with the CD but also a credit card and some information about my logins. He answered all my questions. His customer service is impeccable!
Very nice place and great staff. I recommend to everyone:)
