This review would have been a straight 1 after my interaction with a window lady and her female floor manager. I’ve deposited checks with chase for years and today I went in for another routine deposit only to have my check cancelled and stamped with no real explanation. The female floor manager was absolutely disgusting in dismissal of any of my questions or concerns, only caring to get me to leave.
