The service at this location is terrible. No one will answer the phone so if you have questions about services at this particular question, there is no way to find out without having to go in person. Profits > people
While I generally appreciate Chase Bank, my recent experience at this particular branch was significantly below par. We were initially informed that the wait time would be approximately 30 minutes, however, we ended up waiting for over 90 minutes. When I approached an employee after the prolonged wait, she casually suggested visiting other branches.
