Anthony York at this location is the biggest reason I bank here. Chase offers great customer service, and Anthony takes it to the next level. His follow up is amazing and he always make sure my accounts are running smoothly.
Excellent attention
Calling the cops on a customer who just wants to use the bank because he is waiting in the branch too open shame on yall. Hope yall close the doors after this incident cause obviously being already a 3.4 stars not the best bank to be doing business at!
I visited this Chase branch expecting a quick fix for an online account access issue. I was told it would take about 5 minutes, but after waiting 25 minutes with no update, I asked for clarification. At that point, I was told staff were on lunch and it would be another 5–10 minutes, which was never communicated upfront.
