Crystal from Chase has been amazing. I left Bank of America a few years ago and have been blown away by the service that her and her team have provided. I am in the process of moving all of my accounts to Chase as a result.
Branch manager Angela Colon has been above and beyond. She even stayed after regular hours to finish my claim that I couldn't finish over the phone. I would give 10 stars if I could. Kudos to Angela Colon.
Racist bank! Called the police on a black man sitting in his car who was waiting for the bank to open… Tried to say he was drinking alcohol, but he was drinking a Red Bull… It's on the news… Shame on you, Chase Bank!!!
