Being a long time customer and former employee of JPMorganChase, I felt this would be a good place to turn in a difficult situation. I’m new to Tampa and was without cell phone service and couldn’t find a Verizon location. I stopped here and Anthony helped me to find one despite the request having nothing to do with banking. Looking forward to joining the JP team in the near future as I felt like part of the team just walking in and getting help from a fellow team member. Thanks for the help!
Love Chase as a bank but this branch is the worst. You walk in and it’s like a prison. It’s hot and outdated. Everyone looks like they are lost and aren’t enjoying themselves (both staff and customers). Then when you meet with the members of staff there it’s like your a problem or they hate that you had to take time away from their candy crush game.
