I have been in this Chase bank location today, Maria Fernanda helped me, she was Amazing, professional and very cooperative.
They don't even answer the phone... just ridiculous. Why does Chase allow these stores to be SO BAD?

I didn’t feel like I had any privacy at all. The woman helping me asked if ONE person could watch, which I assumed was for training purposes. However, a few minutes later, another woman came into the room. The door was left open and there was another person just outside the door and ALL WATCHING AND HOVERING.
