1). There are thieves working in this branch and management will do nothing to flush them out. This branch has counterfeit money in their vault that they are handing out to their customers. About 1-1/2 years ago I withdrew a strapped bundle of $100 dollar bills totaling $10,000 to put into storage for my heirs. I recently examined them and $7,300 were counterfeit "Prop money". Worst customer service ever, applied for a credit card, was flagged for identity theft, and has been over a month. No help from the branch manager, horrible customer service.
Just the worst.
