Travel out of state and this is the best chase bank I’ve ever been. All staff are Professionals.
I stopped inside today to do a withdrawal and I have to say every single employee that works there are so pleasant!
Trying to talk to someone at the branch I bank at and it takes me to a recording instead. Now I have to run to the bank. SO ANNOYING!
The absolute lack of any empathy whatsoever, combined with the dismissive aloof attitude of the staff is inexcusable. Simple tasks are beyond the ability of staff at this location. Do yourself a favor and if you have to deal with Chase, drive 10 minutes east to Mokena where the staff is polite and helpful. Or better yet take your business elsewhere. As a former Chase private client this branch is an example of why I take my business accounts elsewhere.
Got a call from Gena at this branch and she immediately asked me a question and uncovered fraudulent activities on my account. She was extremely thorough, thoughtful and pleasant in this trying situation. She followed up the next day and navigated me through the entire process. Thank you
