Both the Tellers and the Manager were very friendly. I needed a cashier’s check and I was promptly helped. It looked pretty busy for people waiting to see personal bankers, so I recommend making an appointment rather than just coming in. I’m bummed I didn’t get everyone’s name to recognize them in the review because everyone was super nice.
They like giving people a hard time. Go to another location. Will be closing my account after fifteen years of loyalty. All the abuse I've received at this institution, nobody should go through. The in person, and call centers, customer service has gone down hill.
