I am extremely disappointed with the way Chase has handled my credit card account. The first time I visited the branch, I explained that I was being charged for something I never purchased. The issue was not resolved clearly. The second time, I was told that if I paid $50, everything would be taken care of and my account would be settled. Fast and friendly service.
The only time I have ever had any issues with chase bank in 25 years it’s been at this location. They have consistently been rude, short, less than professional on numerous occasions. I drive out of my way to go to any other branch.
