I had an unfortunate encounter with an employee that probably racial profiled me. I went in to deposit a check that I’ve deposited there a few time already. The Hispanic girl advised the other girl to not do it because she didn’t feel comfortable. She proceeded to speak in Spanish to the two other ladies in front of me, which was very rude and they said that I’ll have to come back and have a manager deposit a basic check. This is outrageous
I’ve visited this branch twice, and both times, the experience was beyond disappointing. It’s hard to believe the staff here are qualified to assist customers. It feels like they’re just there to pass the time, doing as little as possible. The first time, I went to inquire about opening an account for my kids. Instead of helping me, they told me they couldn’t handle it at the branch and directed me to call a number. Why even have a branch if basic services aren’t available in person?
