Nice people, but need an atm that gives singles
Answer your phone! The message says they're busy and to PLEASE CALL BACK AT ANOTHER TIME! Excuse me? I'm busy, too- why do you think I'm calling you!?
This is by far the oldest and outdated Chase branch in the suburbs. One working ATM!! Cmon Chase, can you just start over at this location? Update: Got a call from a regional manager and apparently they are upgrading this ATM now that the construction is done.
Chase sucks. I accidentally purchased the wrong item online and called immediately to cancel. They said they cancelled, but lied and the next day said it was too bad. This never happened before but what a terrible customer service job
