This place is NOT a branch I would visit again. Overheard a man havjng a meeting with what I assume to be a branch manager or a credit adviser and the bank employee loudly asked the man several times have you had a few drinks this morning? First of all thats none of his damn business and #2 It very un business like to ask personal business.
They scammed me out of $100. They advertised a $400 coupon if you open a new account and deposit a certain amount into it, and despite the fact that it’s advertised on their website and they sent me multiple emails about the offer, they only gave me $300, even though I met all the requirements. We wanted to use that bonus to go on our honeymoon and it was specifically why we opened this account with Chase, as opposed to other banks.
