Worst customer service little old lady needs to be replaced or reminded she doesn’t own the place .
This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to use the drive through at this bank and no one ever comes to the window. I sat there for 10min, clicking the “call teller” button over and over… no one even checked in the window- I tried calling to get ahold of someone - nothing. the first 2 times I got sick of waiting and drove away, since this is now the 3rd time of me unable to speak to a human at the drive through, I marched in there to see if anyone was even working at this location!
