I brought my elderly father to Chase because his account was being hacked. After waiting 40–45 minutes, we were told we had to make an appointment for another day. During that time, the branch manager got up several times but never made eye contact or acknowledged us, and instead sent a teller to dismiss us. This was very unprofessional and disappointing, especially given the urgency of the situation. Super unprofessional.
