When the ATM is working is good... They also should fix the doors due to not working after hours. The doors don't open even with the bank card, forcing us to stand in line at the drive-thru.
Bad bad bad experience on this branch !! I am a business customer for this bank ?? I I have a lot clients for the houses that I build for them ! Usually give big checks sometimes 2 names sometimes only their names because I deal a lot with insurance renovation ? The home a check and they just decide to block my account ? Because my new customer give me this big check ? Make no sense!! I understand take a lil time to clear untill they verify the funds and the banks?? But no freeze my account!!!!! Nice Bank, good location, customer service can be little dicey depending on who you're dealing with. On the other hand, a lot of times I'm dealing with good people so no worries there. Recently they changed up the hours the ATM is closed on Sundays, the card reader doesn't even work

Dear Chase Branch Management, don't you know that your door no longer reads Chase cards and hence no one could access and use the indoors ATM? This has been going on for years now. Please fix it. Also, please fix your outdoor ATMs. There are issues with them every other day. Is it that hard to have ATM machines that work? If they don't work in the warmer months, how are they going to withstand the colder months?
