Ashley was so kind today in helping me figure out an issue I had with my checks. She went above and beyond and was so friendly and nice. Best experience I have had at a bank.
Worst chase bank ever ! I went on may 20th at 1:30pm all the tellers where rude and confused. I said I wanted to make a deposit they asked me can’t I use the machine ? I asked them to look up a coupon code for me so I can see when it would arrive in my business bank account their reply was - I’m not a banker I wouldn’t know how to do that - so now I have to drive all the way back to the chase I originally opened my account with to get simple information that should show up at any branch I go to - waste of time and not helpfu... read more
