Extremely busy inside and they won’t staff another teller. They pay for a security guard to sit by the door on his phone.
Can’t go inside the front because they lock the doors card doesn’t work. Every other chase has access and atm in back doesn’t work. Only chase bank close to me in Joliet and it sucks
Went here Monday 12/23. Smells atrocious, like being in a sewer. To top it off: to transfer an amount of money, a supervisor override was needed. And there was no supervisor. On a Monday.
