Can’t go inside the front because they lock the doors card doesn’t work. Every other chase has access and atm in back doesn’t work. Only chase bank close to me in Joliet and it sucks

Went here Monday 12/23. Smells atrocious, like being in a sewer. To top it off: to transfer an amount of money, a supervisor override was needed. And there was no supervisor. On a Monday. This is not the first time this happens—if this is a requirement, create a schedule so that there is always a supervisor present. Terrible service and terrible facility. Fui el lunes 23 de diciembre. I would give 5 stars but only for the tellers like Ana and Hazel. But there’s this one annoying guy that comes and stares over them and talks so condescending to them, and then he wouldn’t stop talking about his vacation. This bank needs a new manager, Ana & hazel would be great candidates. This bank won’t know what they have until they lose it
