Extremely disappointed in this branch and Management. I was doing business inside on the 10/3/25. At the teller window next to me, another customer was on her phone with her speaker at full volume and having a non business conversation using profanity. Everyone in the bank heard this. When I approached the woman to take her conversation off speaker, she began a confrontation with me. Security and bank officials came to try to stop this. The ladies at the teller counter were so kind, and very helpful.
It’s been five more minutes still stuck here
It took Bobbie 25 minutes to move one car in front of me either they had the largest deposit in the world or she is the slowest Bank teller in the world I’m in the business line so obviously I have to get back to the business McDonald’s in Culver’s can do a better job moving the line than this Bank teller did
