There was never a long line or wait.Always greeted with politeness and a smile. I will miss my neighborhood Chase when it closes.
Least busy branch in all Syracuse. Great Staff! Funny and brutally honest with banking. They will help you grow your business.
Staff was fast, friendly, and smart. They are patient in dealing with customers and do a great job.
Good only for ATM services, not a good option for Banking services. Bank managers don't seem to be helpful or interested in growing business. The tellers are good and friendly though. Better choose other branch if you are going a service or a/c opening other than money withdrawal.
