I very rarely write reviews, however the outstanding service I received from Ericka Woulard the branch manager had to be mentioned. On Wednesday 07/30/25 I went into the branch to set up a checking account in the name of a trust for financial reasons due to the death of my mother. Ericka was extremely courteous and friendly and paid great attention to every little detail that was required for the trust. So I went this bank for service and was told that I had to sit and wait because the machines were down. After standing in line for 27 minutes and then sitting another 16 minutes notice that the teller cashed 2 checks one in the amount of 686.00 another in the amount of 2581. 00 both totaling the approximately amount of mine. No apology no service but dry responses. At what point does a teller not know how to count money and has to use a machine when there is a delay in service for uncontrollable circumstances.
