Chase on Genesee st. In DeWitt, they were courteous, knowledgeable and kind.
Ethan Dolce, the best banker I have ever seen. He is super professional. He can easily solve any problem with your credit card. Trust me, he is the best! I spend entire one month work with the other bankers in other branch, called so many chase phone number, and no progress at all, he solved in 15 minutes. You can't believe how shocked I feel. Amazing! And he treats you super well, care about every details, you can feel he is trying his best to help you.
Lines are always short and there are plenty of bankers.
Well I had what I thought was a real $100 so I went in looking completely ridiculous in my work clothes with my coffee. I went up to a very nice man named Christopher and I was informed they have machines not markers to check for counterfeits. Embarrassingly enough as I went to hand it to him I noticed plain as day that it said Play Money.
