SATURDAY ... Called close to closing time.. they would not pick up... try later RECORDER said.. or call 800 #.. could not get thru on 800#.. tried once more at branch before close.. same thing. Very poor customer phone service.. we needed answers now.. not 2 DAYS LATER.. SAD.. BIG BANKS REALLY NEED TO STEP UP ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!!!
I opened my chase account online and then made an appointment to add my new account and then get him a debit card as well and now 1 weeks ago ish they closed my account for no good reason and told me to wait for a check to come in the mail and called them up today and they said it’s not completely closed to come to the branch to withdraw it horrible service and don’t bank with JP Morgan Chase Bank EVER!!!

If you're a business owner I would suggest banking somewhere else because if you have your business account and a personal account that are linked together and you decide to transfer money from one account to the other the most likely consider that fraud enclose your account by far that is the stupidest thing I have heard any company or any person in this world say we have determined that you are a risk to chase I think the risk definitely would have been me keeping all my money in their Bank but there are a lot of other Ban... read more
