Had a problem with refunding an unrecognized charge and Daniel was extremely helpful instantly lowered my stress understood my anger and was patient and kind he also resolved the issue very quickly... definitely would recommend this location and the experience after issue was resolved was pleasant and again ppl in this location...very kind and respectful absolutely no complaints about this specific location at all 😃
SATURDAY ... Called close to closing time.. they would not pick up... try later RECORDER said.. or call 800 #.. could not get thru on 800#.. tried once more at branch before close.. same thing. Very poor customer phone service.. we needed answers now.. not 2 DAYS LATER.. SAD.. BIG BANKS REALLY NEED TO STEP UP ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!!!
I opened my chase account online and then made an appointment to add my new account and then get him a debit card as well and now 1 weeks ago ish they closed my account for no good reason and told me to wait for a check to come in the mail and called them up today and they said it’s not completely closed to come to the branch to withdraw it horrible service and don’t bank with JP Morgan Chase Bank EVER!!!
