I love this Chase Bank branch and the people who work there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. So rare to find nowadays, but for anyone walking in, every time I've been there, you can tell that they are there to help you. Well, done, Chase Bank in West Clay.

Nice staff, quick service. I wish they had lockers available
Jasmine was absolutely amazing! In and out in a much quicker manner than expected. Such a great personality! Highly recommend.
staff is nice, but unable to answer phones at all because they are understaffed. not a good way to run a bank in this area.
