After 10+ years with Chase! I’m not happy with service ( $25 service for my checking account) I’ll go to different Bank !
I was with this institution for over 30 years, and they dropped mdd DDF as customer, because someone was trying too impersonate me! I’m very disappointed.
Had to get a document notarized and I was taken care of right away... no waiting! Very friendly and helpful. Also, went out of her way to help me give me directions, because I don't live here. Great experience!
Atm down and no one inside is motivated to help
