My sister was overdrawn on her account she lost her job and couldnt pay it back. A few weeks go by and my father tried to use his debit card and it kept getting rejected so he called chase customer service and they told him of the situation that they froze his account and they told him to go to his bank and speak with the branch manager and they should be able to release my fathers money.
