This bank is pretty good, but what absolutely shines is the employees. They genuinely want to help you get out of debt. They genuinely want to help you get loans. Props to trevor. He tried to figure out if I could get a car loan. Once he figured out I couldn't because the car was too old, he told me what bank I could go to. He said he was there to help me with my financial needs even if it wasn't with chase. Amazing support 10/10. THANK YOU TREVOR!!!
WORST CHASE BRANCH IVE EVER BEEN TO. First, of all they don’t even answer the phone. I’ve called over 25 times and no answer. Second, the manager or whoever she is that seems to be over-seeing the cashiers (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but I think her name is Taleen) is extremely rude and unprofessional. I came here a couple days ago to deposit some cash and David was very helpful and respectful until this atrocious, nosey, horrible wretch comes over and barges in to take over. Worst experience with a bank I have ever had and that is saying something since I used to have accounts at Wells Fargo. Utter incompetence at all levels at this branch.
