WORST CHASE BRANCH IVE EVER BEEN TO. First, of all they don’t even answer the phone. I’ve called over 25 times and no answer. Second, the manager or whoever she is that seems to be over-seeing the cashiers (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but I think her name is Taleen) is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst experience with a bank I have ever had and that is saying something since I used to have accounts at Wells Fargo. Utter incompetence at all levels at this branch.
I trust CHASE at all locations from NYC in 2005 to SoCal to date~~~
