I have been banking with Chase almost 20 years. I filed a complaint with Corporate office about the manager Marianne conduct at Baymeadows Way. Because Customer service would not help with reversing a Debit card charge purchase that was charged a credit card fee. I was on the phone with them total 5hours and had money credited then 2 weeks later reversed back to the merchant I asked the Credit card department to put it in writing why I was not given my credit card charge refund and they refused. What a terrible experience. We walked in to create a joint bank account, and the vast majority of people were sitting around and chatting. We were told to have a seat, and then someone came to us to schedule an appointment. The place was empty, and you have so many employees standing around doing nothing. This place brings shame to the great customer service that I know Chase for, and I can assure that I won’t be back.

Terrible experience, the woman at front desk was so rude, ask questions that are supposed to be answered on private and not front everyone, this woman should not be working with customer service! I think this bank is missing to many opportunities and customer with people like her!

Tried calling the Baymeadows branch numerous times and no one answered the phone.
