Chase bank is a good environment to do business no matter the city.
I make quite a few deposits in a week on behalf of the company I work for and I’ve never felt so welcome at a bank in my life. As soon as I come in, I’m greeted by the sweetest and most personable security guards you could ever ask for. The ladies that help me with my deposit are always so kind and caring. I wish they were open on Saturdays because the Chase Bank by where I live does not compare. I appreciate them all so much and we’re so grateful to have this bank by our side!
Good luck trying to access the ATM… you’re supposed to be able to access the ATM outside of the branch hours, but the guard is too busy hiding from the desk… I mean you got one job to do… get new security Chase this one’s just not cutting it.. At least the mobile security guard in the parking lot was able to let me in even though the female was hiding doing God knows what so I’ll go 50-50 on that
