One of the worst banks I’ve seen in a while. No communication to their customers at all. Best believe if they can get extra money out of you, they will. I’m not a fan of Chase at all. I most definitely will be closing my accounts asap
HORRIBLE company to do business with. Im getting penalize because THEY dont take debit for payment, have to pay cash, yet the damn banks are closed. THIS is how they screw you. NEVER do business here.
Specifically Fernanda and Daisy who work at this bank are very unprofessional and they love to roll their eyes at customers. I asked a question to the branch manager Fernanda and Daisy and they rolled their eyes at me and they refused to help me cash my check which is from Chase. I would like for someone who is over the branch manager to please contact me. Judging by the reviews I am not the only person who they have treated like crap.
