My recent visit to Chase Bank was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of courteous, polite, and genuinely happy staff members. Their patience and professionalism made the entire experience feel seamless and pleasant. They consistently went above and beyond. It was by far my best experience at a bank yet, and I genuinely appreciate the welcoming atmosphere they created. Highly recommended!
My sister used to have an account here, and I tried to deposit an IOU from HER but they DIDN'T HONOR IT. I told the manager it was as good as cash, but the manager just asked me to leave. Very disrespectful.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to the bank. I had a scheduled appointment but arrived about 45 minutes early due to another commitment. When I approached the lady at the front, I explained that I had an appointment but had arrived ahead of time. I'm just not understanding what happened to Friendly Bank service. I walked into this Chase Bank hoping to open an account, but I was told I needed an appointment to see a banker. This just seems counterproductive to me. Evidently, they don't want people's service or business by limiting the availability of their bankers. I will definitely be going somewhere else to open an account!!!
