Tried to cash a check from them and they refused! Terrible customer service

Probably the slowest and worst chase bank I’ve ever been to. I was in the drive thru this morning for over 15 minutes for a simple deposit. This is one of the reasons I closed my own accounts. If I didn’t have to pay my landlord thru this bank, I would never come here
