I want to start by saying that this branch itself is very nice — it’s clean, and the two people I’ve met with in person have both been professional and helpful in helping me meet my banking goals. That said, my main frustration is with Chase’s customer service line and the lack of phone accessibility to the branch. While conducting business at the Chase Bank on FM 78, I explained to the female teller that I wanted to withdraw cash and also purchase a money order. In the middle of the transaction, she stepped away, and a young male teller took over. Since the communication between them wasn’t passed along, I had to repeat my request.
